My employee is using radio in the workplace, not me. Why should I pay for that?
As the owner of the business you are responsible for paying royalties for the public use of the works on premises. When music is used on your premises, it is your responsibility to ensure that the correct licenses are in place so that you and/ or any person working on your premises can use copyrighted music in public lawfully.
